What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Sun was out when Lily and I started our walk but it has now clouded up here. We got our 3 plus miles in though and she loves this cooler weather so we walk much faster. QOTD creamy all the way but any peanut butter is acceptable. Post op 4 years 1 month and weight at 116.8 today. We ended up disappearing to camp Sunday afternoon and came back yesterday morning . As usual Lily and I hiked all over and had fun. Here's the eats for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz baked chicken 1/2 c broccoli D 31/2 oz baked fish 1/2 c green beans S mission one chocolate brownie protein bar . Have a great day everyone and make some amazing choices !
I went to Catholic school from K-12 and really loved it-- so tried the same for my sons. I had it by the time my son hit fourth grade. I'm considering high schools now for my older and your experience is totally reminding my I left the catholic schools. Good luck with it.
QOTD-- Creamy PB only! I was scarred for life against chunky peanut better in the 2nd grade when my Dad foolishly tried to 'surprise' me with it on my sandwich. I thought he was trying to poison me or something-- I remember raising my hand and telling the lunch lady my Dad put worms in my sandwich LOL!! (you know cause worms ARE crunchy...lol...2nd grade logic at it best). I can not eat chunky PB thanks to that experience.
