What's on your Tuesday menu, RNY'ers?
Oh, I forgot my protein numbers! Duh! My calories are still pretty low, but I'm only 4.5 months out. I think they're OK for where I am for the most part.
I did an average on protein for that week, it's 67.4.
Probably too low...
I think I'll try taking the Premier Protein out of my menu, adding the Syntrax Fuzzy Navel as a snack, and eating something for breakfast with good protein... see what happens.
I'm just sadly addicted to my Premier Protein drinks...

I would say 67 is too low! I like the Premier Protein Drinks as well but I always make sure my protein number is high before adding a shake to the mix, that way I know I'm getting it in. At 6 months out my weightloss has stalled but I know that's a thing, so I just keep on doing what I'm supposed to and know that it will move again!
Chocolate Premier Protien drinks were all I could drink in my first 2 weeks. My ketosis made my tastebuds hate other brands (Unjury protien powder that i found decent presurgery is nasty to me at the moment). I do one of those and and an Isopure drink a day for now (i'm only 5 weeks out). I can't do any other flavor, unless i use premier vanilla with PB2 or frozen fruit, which i wont do for a few months because i'm still trying to lose). I didnt realize people weren't too keen on them though!

I went to the gym last night for the first time in like 2 weeks, it was AWESOME!! I am still not feeling 100% so I took it easy, but it was so nice to be back at it!!
Yay for awesome gym time.... I am 2 weeks back to full exercise after my surgery and it makes me soooo happy. Who would have thought this #formerfatgirl would miss exercise?
That being said since I started back have been having numbness in my right calf/foot and slight in my left foot.... Doc thinks it is back related since it is bilateral.... I am not doing anything high impact.... so watching it, stretching and massaging... no pain in back, but I was out of commission for so long my body may need some strength building from weak muscles...

Morning folks! Back to the grind today. I think I've rolled my eyes about a dozen times already and I've only been here an hour. Give me patience!! Congrats on your success Catwoman.
I was switching out my summer/fall-winter clothes and found a pair of pants I saved from pre-op. It was the last pair of pants I bought before surgery-size 26W, from Land End. I remember thinking I had ordered them big since I wasn't sure how Land's End's sizing went; and when they came they were actually a bit tight. I took a pick in them and sent to my hubby-- he laughed and said we could stuff them with straw and make a scarecrow. Can't say I've ever seen a morbidly obese scarecrow on anyone's front lawn. While I'm happy I no where near fit them anymore; I was a little sad that was my life at one point.
