Fried Pickles Rock!

I don't know what a 'good' range is for sodium... and I will be honest... I don't even pay any attention to it...

Can totally relate to the panic, as a daily weigher myself you have to get past the emotions it is just data...and there will be fluctuations, comes with the territory.

When I think the scale is going in the wrong direction... I start with upping my fluids. That will often break through any water retention that is happening... and of course paying attention to my menu.

Not that a couple of days is a stall...but I have found changing up my choices of food has helped when I was on a stall or going in the wrong direction...sometimes we get into a rut. Also make sure you are getting enough fat- we need that too.....

Thanks for the advice

I know I'm not supposed to get panicky, but dang it's hard! LOL

So how much fat should I try for? Are my numbers low for fat? I really only concentrate on calories and carbs...

Ha! I know it is hard....

As far as fat goes... I don't have a number- I would just say add a pat of butter, a drizzle of olive oil... bacon :) real fat, not processed in your meat stick fat...

I know Premier Protein is convenient... I love them too, but I am going to say I personally don't count them as 30g of protein. They are not 100% whey protein isolate, and when I have relied on them heavily I had problems with protein levels in my bloodwork. So if I do have one I only count it as 20g of protein. I have been trying to limit them. Just me.

You are right, and my doc actually doesn't condone them...AND my protein levels are low...Sigh. I just.love.them...  (and didn't like the BA brand my doc wants me to use...)

I did read about your Syntrax Fuzzy navel protein mix... and I contemplated getting that... and maybe I'll order the 12 stick pack today and give it a try for a bit! I could eat something for breakfast and add that into my water instead of the Premier...

Thanks!

Pammie-

I would suggest getting samples of the syntrax. I think you can get a mix of them on amazon. I love the fuzzy navel with an extra orange crystal lite mixed in. But I love the electric apple a ton and the cappucino.

I drink Syntrax all the time.  I mix it with Crystal Light to punch up the flavor.  I usually use CL lemonade, but some people match the CL flavor with the Syntrax flavor

What is your protein number for those days?  You need to make sure you're taking in lots of protein....its weird but you need fuel to lose weight.  I find the scale moves for me with a little higher calories, due to more protein, not other things!  Some days your calories seem low to me.  Every body is different I know, and I'm no expert but try shaking it up.....
