Great pic, congrats!

But meetings meetings meetings and increasing paperwork mean that I'm really struggling to move throughout the day, lately. I need to Put some energy into fixing this... Anyone else figure this out for themselves?

I hear you and many of my teleconference meetings are now marathon sessions (3+ hrs. at a time) I recently got a Varidesk unit for my desk top and allows me to stand or sit and work as the same time.
I stretch, and move while on some of these redundant teleconference mtgs in my office. It feel so much better.

I forgot to mention my unique situation. I don't actually have a "desk". I have a laptop, a cell phone and 6 schools to land at and find space to work from. It's good for never-ever getting bored, but bad for routine and setting up healthy habits like standing work spaces or the privacy I'd need to stretch :(

Thanks. I'm working on trying to do those little things but unfortunately I can't take the meetings on a walk. I have to take copious notes and I'm not coordinated enough to walk talk and type, yet! #goals
