B- irish tea w/SF creamer, 3 oz deli shaved ham w/mustard (what can I say, I'm a creature of habit).

L- out with my boss, so not sure

D- hamburger with cheese, no bun

S- triple zero yogurt

Cals & protein should be on target

Great pic, congrats! 

Here is my great revalation the week... my job has become increasingly sedentary. I used to be much more active--running around schools and getting in over 10,000 steps, easily. But meetings meetings meetings and increasing paperwork mean that I'm really struggling to move throughout the day, lately. I need to Put some energy into fixing this... Anyone else figure this out for themselves?

B: Fit Frappe Espresso

S: Chobani Cherry Greek Yogurt Flip

L: 1/2 leftover Pastrami sammy (no bread)

S: Pepperjack Moon Cheese

D: meeeaaat!

I hear you and many of my teleconference meetings are now marathon sessions (3+ hrs. at a time) I recently got a Varidesk unit for my desk top and allows me to stand or sit and work as the same time.

I stretch, and move while on some of these redundant teleconference mtgs in my office. It feel so much better.

I forgot to mention my unique situation. I don't actually have a "desk". I have a laptop, a cell phone and 6 schools to land at and find space to work from. It's good for never-ever getting bored, but bad for routine and setting up healthy habits like standing work spaces or the privacy I'd need to stretch :(

6'3" tall, male.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

Meetings are the worst. Any chance you have any conference calls that you could make on your cell and walk during? When going to the restroom go to one further away or another floor and take the stairs if possible are a few quick ideas.

Thanks. I'm working on trying to do those little things but unfortunately I can't take the meetings on a walk. I have to take copious notes and I'm not coordinated enough to walk talk and type, yet! #goals
