What's on your Tuesday menu, RNY'ers?
Good Morning Everyone!
My menu for today:
Breakfast: Crepe w/ fresh peach, cream cheese, cool whip
Lunch: Lettuce, spinach, tomato, bacon, chicken, cheese, low cal dressing
Dinner: Hot dog & bun
Snack: Dannon Light & Fit greek yogurt
Snack: Moon cheese
Snack: 2 string cheese sticks
Snack: sugar-free pudding with cool whip
(I will only eat one or two of the above snacks)
Exercise: Walking the dogs around the subdivision.

havent been on in a few days. I traveled with my littlest 3 kids to visit my oldest at her college for their family weekend. It went well...I carried protein shakes and tuna with me, but I managed some other meals too, which was really nice. Like I got some deli meat and cheese in the cafeteria...we went out to a Chinese buffet and I managed this sautéed seafood dish made with "krab" as well as a few bites of dark meat chicken. The only issue I had is that I forgot to bring my MiraLAX. And traveling is always very constipating to me anyway so by the time I got home I was in quite a state. Long story short, it ended with a bottle of mag citrate and a very long evening yesterday. I feel better today, but my appetite is very poor. Not nauseous. Just not hungry.
Breakfast- 1 egg, couple bites of sweet potato (I made a breakfast skillet kind of thing for the family), coffee w/ milk
Lunch- Mediterranean tuna pouch
Dinner- haven't eaten yet, making curry chicken...not sure how much I can manage.
Snack- and I really need to get in a protein shake still.

You look great. In honor of National taco day I had two corned beef and cabbage tacos with zesty horseradish sauce. I don't eat breakfast or lunch. I didn't eat any snacks either as I have purged my house of anything to snack on. My husband wants to lose 10lbs and getting rid of the nuts and protein bars that are easy to grab is the easiest way.
