Good morning! AV, you're absolutely doing the right thing by taking a stand. In addition to supporting your son, stopping the bullying and making the school live up to its responsibilities, you might be getting that kid some of the help he so obviously needs. 

B: noatmeal

L: scrambled eggs

D: baked chicken leg

S: zuchinni, and a honeycrisp apple from the farmers' market (right from the tree)

Sunny again after several days of gloomy rain. The dogs and I will enjoy a long walk in the park.

Good Morning Everyone!

Kristen, good for you for standing up for your son.  I hope it gets resolved so that POS kid leaves the school.  But I also say a prayer for the POS kid.  It sounds like he comes from a terrible family and has probably been being sexually abused himself.  Hopefully this intervention will get him some help as well.

My menu for today:

Breakfast:  crepe w/ fresh peach, cream cheese & cool whip

Lunch:  Lettuce & spinach salad w/ tomato, bacon, chicken, low cal dressing

Dinner:  Homemade burrito w/ half tortilla shell

Snack:  Oiko's triple zero greek yogurt

Snack:  Moon cheese

Snack:  2 string cheese sticks

Snack:  sugar-free pudding w/ cool whip

Exercise:  Walking the dogs around the subdivision.
