There are, but apparently after so many months, they tape over the footage.  Since this incident happened in June, there's nothing.

Good morning guys.  I'm back from the OH Conference in LA, and I'm EXHAUSTED.  I believe I'm actually sick or something, because the level of tired that I am is unusual for me.  I had a great time, and I got to meet/see some awesome people.  Unfortunately, I didn't get a ton of pics because my phone was perpetually trying to die on me.  I did get one on Friday night at the Costume party with Oxford Comma Kate, Audrey the Hag and me!  I also hung out with T is Hagalicious Brown.  I also got to meet MonaLisaSmile, who came all the way from Canada.  There were lots of people and info.  I got to meet Dr. Now from My 600 Pound Life, and a couple of the stars of the show were there.

I kinda tanked on Saturday when all the travel and excitement caught up with me.  I got to meet GeekMonster Mo when she came and crashed the conference, and we all had lunch at the Outback (Grim would have been proud of all of the meat that was consumed).  But after I went back to the hotel to get ready for the Saturday night party, my body just shut down.  I ended up crawling into bed and sleeping from around 7pm Pacifi****il 4 am Pacific.  It was from almost 2 weeks of insomnia that had come on after I started my antidepressants and then going full steam for 2 days in California.  Yesterday my flight home was delayed for nearly 4 hours, and half of it was us stuck on the plane while we waited for a new flight crew to come.  It was a bit of a fiasco and I didn't get home until after 1am eastern time last night.  I'm up this morning at 7:15 because hubby had to leave early and my kiddo was excited to see me.  I may have been tackled and kissed a lot by my toddler.  It does my heart good to have him so excited to see me.

So here is my plan for the day, it will be so nice to get back to a routine.

14 months (tomorrow)

B: 1 egg, 2oz turkey breakfast sausage, a Kraft 2% Reduced fat "cheese". Coffee with sugar free coffeemate (so glad to have this)

L: deli turkey with mayo and tomatoes on 1/2 a flat out wrap

D: Shrimp and ****tail sauce made with reduced sugar ketchup

S: maybe a light and fit, I'm not really feeling like I want to eat today.

Totals

calories 755 protein 93 carbs 35 fat 27

Also forgot to add that I got sick on Friday at the conference. I had coffee with too much half and half in it, and it made me really sick.  I rarely drink half and half, and when I do it's in small amounts out of those little creamer cups, so it's a controlled amount.  Friday, I dumped a bunch in my coffee with a little splenda and it had me straight dumping.  It sucked hard core, I was sweating and achy and just miserable for a couple of hours.

Here are my pictures:

I'm sad that I didn't get a pic with Mo and I only got these few on my phone.  I'm hoping that the conference caught some candid pictures of us at the party and around the conference.

Have a great day everyone

AV, I'm so glad ya'll are being so proactive with this crap! The sheriff is right, this kid is trouble. Praying for you that the diocese gets their act together and takes care of this like they should!

I tried to kill myself this weekend... Did the Color Run 5K, and while my time of 43:58 isn't any kind of record breaker... I ran/walked as fast as I could... and I have been paying the price for the past two days! My hip flexers are crazy sore... thighs (particularly the inside of them, which I don't mind one bit!), calves, shins, and BUTT are TOAST! I have to stand up and THINK before I take a step... like willing my legs to move

I am not 25 anymore... someone remind me of that.

I guess I'm in the middle of a stall... my first real one? I've played with the same 2 lbs for over a week now... and you'd think with the amount of hair falling out, I'd at least lose some weight from it! (I am not freaking out, no, I am not). I just really wanted to see the scale go under that 179 mark (the lowest I was 9 years ago, since having kids)... and the fat girl inside of me is convinced I won't ever see it, that this is it. Enjoy it, because this is all I can give you... Sigh.

Weight this morning: 184.6

B: Premier Protein shake

L: Bacon and egg salad 4oz

S: Tillamook beef stick 1oz

D: To be determined, but thinking hot ham and cheese roll ups

just keep up your work and the scale will drop.

if you have one of those foam rollers it will help. also if you get a racquettball and sit on it and roll it on your body against a wall it will really help.

it is awesome to do a 5k!!

Thanks

What kind of foam roller are you talking about? I just keep trying to walk, walk, walk (NO RUNNING! HA!) it out, but it's still there. I'm thinking by tomorrow I should be OK. Just a reminder that we are doing the Rugged maniac in May with the kids... I told the whole crew we are starting a workout regime, so momma can live through that thing! LOL I'm going to need my strength for that one!

Scale. Hmph. It's not my friend right now (but I am doing everything 99% right), but it'll change eventually, and I refuse to let it affect my outlook too mu*****hes are still going down, so all is good. I have to remember this isn't a race, right!?
