What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Hi AV and menu peeps,
Sorry about all the bull**** with your son, AV. You did two very wise things: getting the diocese involved, and going on a wine tour. Good for you. And all of his missing work should be excused, period.
I've been walking in the mornings and have been a little paranoid about walking in the dark alone. Karen's and Lily's walks made me think, hello? Why not take Pedro? So we walked this morning. He did great on the leash but halfway through the 2.8 miles, he was pooped. He's passed out on the floor right now.

I am so sorry about the continued stress, but you and Matt ARE doing the right thing here!
I am feeling a tad better, a little bit more energy. I am going to attempt the gym tonight, I think. Its been over 2 weeks since I have gone. Even if I just go and do a few weights, maybe I will feel better and less guilty about not using my expensive membership!
I went a little carb crazy yesterday, but the scale is showing it today, but whatever, "maintenance" is about balance...right??!?
I am on a shakes during the day kick now (well during the week anyway), I will do this until it doesn't fit or work. So, my menu peeps, don't worry about it, I am fine and totally in a good spot mentally. I just don't want you all to worry about me!
M1 thru M3: 4oz Fairlife skim milk, 1 scoop Syntrax milk chocolate, lots of ice (x3)
M4: 3oz pork chop w/ mushrooms and some gravy (all homemade in my pressure cooker, so hopefully the pork will be tender enough for me)
M5: Another shake (if I go to the gym, this will be after)

Morning all. I'm sitting on hold for a conference call that apparently I'm the only one who decided to show up for. but I'm staying in the line listening to that amazing "free conference call dot com" elevator music in case anyone else shows up. C'mon, I know you've all listened to it and have a saucy little dance routine worked out to go with it. Lord knows I do!
B: Click Protein Coffee with decaf (ran out of my beloved Fit Frappe). The Click is so yucky in comparison... :(
S: Sargento Balanced Break
L: 1/2 leftover "4 cheese" grilled cheese sammy
S: Chobani Flips Greek Yogurt: Choco Blast

I love fit frappe too... used to be able to buy it locally, but they stopped carrying it, so haven't had it in awhile. Just ordered some syntrax latte to try, hasn't gotten here yet. I'll let you know...Got some samples of Click at OAC. I agree-yuk
