Can someone help me set calorie/nutrient goals???
I agree with Grim 'eventually' is when you are done losing the weight. The amount you can eat does creep up over time as your pouch heals... that is why you need to maximize the first year when weight loss is easier.
At one month out 65-80g protein a day is perfect, as I got further out I made 80g my minimum. You don't have to reach a calorie goal, you do need to reach your protein goal. paying attention to calories is more about not eating too many calories... If you eat less calories on a given day, but meet your protein goals you are fine.

700 calories, 45 carbs, and 80 protein is good. Ignore sodium. At 45 carbs, very little should be sugar. A max of 6 geams of sugar at a meal is a good tule of thumb. But that should be natural sugar, like in milk, or maybe berries. Not added sugar.
Early after surgery, portion volume is important, so you don't injure yourself. From this point forward, portion size should mean calories. Calories are king.
