Yay it's Friday and I have survived another week.
QOTD: I have a hard time actually making change, always want to make change but have a hard time actually doing it. But I always think about the changes to make when things aren't working.
B: Double Scoop Unjury Shake
S: Scrambled Eggs with Cheese, 1 piece of bacon and a few tater tots
L: Lunch out, but thinking salmon
D: Dinner Party at a friends, some kind of meat

qotd: I am open to changing things up. Too much sometimes hahaha I tend to struggle with routine. My loss post op has been sluggish at times (actually normal loss, just slow in my head) but I know I'm doing things right, so resisting the urge to change things up, and choosing to stay the course!
In other news, my stomach is feeling good, but all of a sudden my rotator muscles are inflamed. I'm icing and resting it. But will prob have to make an apt for physio.

hey yall
woke up to the power out this morning so had to haul butt to a place with power/wifi to work. Not cool.
so had my two conf calls from chickfila which meant i had egg white grill no muffin and decaf coffee from there. I remembered to pack my carbmaster milk for the coffee but forgot the charger for the laptop! FAIL so now i have to take an early lunch to run back home to get charger.
QOTD: yes, sometimes I find if I eat about 40 - 50 calories more in a day I have a loss the next day. Not sure why that is but i had a .3 loss yesterday. I'm willing to try anything as I've been 'trying' to diet my entire life.
yesterday was 825 cal/89 prot/39 carb
I made protein muffins last night and a pork roast. It was yummy. I didn't put enough sweeter in them and I think too much protein powder and they are a bit bland. i will put maybe some reddi whip with them to make them yummier.
OH- 3 eggs from day 2 chicken sitting - 2 tiny brown/pink ones and 1 large blue one! and more yellow cherry tomato (not from the chickens lol)
So today I'm apparently having
b: egg white grill no bun/decaf/CM milk
S: 1/2 CM yogurt/ 1/2 CM milk/ 1/2 chia/ 1/2 flax
L: probably leftover roast or turkey
D: probably leftover roast or turkey/ DH will probably have pizza

sunday- i think we are driving north to Blueridge, GA enjoy the weather and window shop
Your friend has Easter Egger/Americana chickens! Those are the only ones (That I know of) that lay the blue/pink eggs! Fun!

Good morning guys. TGIF--it's been a **** show here for 2 weeks. Literally everything that could possibly go wrong has gone that way. The gov't is crazy ya'll, and if you ever want to know why the FED is broke, just ask me. UGH.
B- irish tea with peppermint mocha SF creamer, oikos triple zero yogurt
L- I literally do not know. I am freezing, so am thinking about going to Panera for soup. The protein is abysmal though.
D- Mexican, so it will be chicken or shrimp for sure.
No totals since I have no definite plans about lunch. I've been staying under 700 and it's working well.
