Good morning Cynthia and menu crew! I have had a busy week and not been able to check in for a couple of days. I was off yesterday and put out over 20,000 steps working around the house. We are going to an Octoberfest this weekend, spending the night in a cabin and Sunday I will start coaching my sons pre High school hockey team.
QOTD - I like to go with what works for me, but when something someone is doing catches my eye, I will try it. I try to stick to the not eat after 8 pm rule and am religious about drinking a minimum of 64 oz of water a day.

Nothing says Friday like a work bathroom selfie. I am pleased as I am wearing 32 x 32 jeans today. I do not always wear this size and they feel damn good today.

Good morning! Rainy and blustery here today - seems like a fitting end to September.
QOTD: I'm very willing to make some changes because I like variety in food and activities, but with other changes - like a major cut in daily calories - I am more resistant, although I do get there eventually.
B: Ereiam's noatmeal, with mocha skinny syrup and a full scoop of protein powder. It is delicious with the reduced liquid and longer cooking time, and the texture is somewhere between hot cereal and bread pudding.

I'm glad you like the noatmeal! I can't stomach eggs or meat in the mornings so I'm glad to have found a protein alternative. It's yummy and though it has a few carbs, it definitely doesn't give me the carb cravings that breakfast cereal would give me!
