Good Morning Cynthia and everyone else!
Last day of September, wow! Fall is flying by!
I don't have any new photos to post, sorry.
QOTD: I would like to think I am open to changing things up if what I'm doing isn't working. My latest change is adding My Fitness Pal to my daily routine. Previously I couldn't seem to log onto it, but now I can and have been using it to track my food and exercise.
My menu for today is:
Breakfast: crepe with fresh peach, cream cheese & cool whip
Lunch: Lettuce & spinach salad w/ tomato, bacon, chicken, ranch dressing
Dinner: homemade burrito meat w/ half a tortilla shell
Snack: Oiko's Triple Zero greek yogurt
Snack: Moon cheese
Snack: string cheese
Snack: sugar-free pudding w/ cool whip
(I usually only eat one or two of the listed snacks)
Exercise: Walking the dogs around the subdivision.
Have a fantastic day everyone!
