QOTD: Are you willing to change things up if needed? and is there anything 'new' that is working for you. I have always said if what I am doing is working- great, but if it is not...have to be willing to change up the routine....which can be soooo hard.
I don't know if it is the change of season and weather...but the night time eating is not making me happy. SO last night I got on the trampoline to stop the madness and watched My 600lb Life, which always puts things in perspective. Yup...could have been me. Unfortunately I didn't make the move until after I had eaten too much.
So today I pre-planned my food in MFP. That is my change up for today until I get back in a groove.
1: 1/2c grapes, coffee lattee with miralax and fairlife milk, 100g ribeye leftovers
2: Protein Smoothie TBD
3: Quest Bar (At Docs- and errands, also need the fiber)
4: PB, 1/2 small Banana and low carb wrap
5: Flounder and mashed cauliflower
6: Premier protein as hot chocolate
Heavy on the 'not real food' but OK for today
EX: 21 day fix and trampoline

I slept through my exercise time this morning, but it was definitely a day when I needed sleep more than exercise. This week has kicked my butt.
Qotd: I am constantly changing things up. I'm still such a newbie that this is still trial and error.
Here's my photo. I've been flirting with Onderland for a few days and here it is. And I'm officially "just" overweight now. Good bye and good riddance to obesity.
