I am so sorry your son is having to deal with this bull****!!  And since all these kids have been together since 1st grade, you must know his parents?  I would try and contact them!  I mean don't be all YOUR SON IS A HORRIBLE PERSON...BAD PARENTS, BAD.  But maybe just let them know what is going on?  I don't even know.

Kristen, sorry for what you are going through. I probably report it to the police if the school dont do anything about it. I remember in 5th grade a boy tried to have sex with me during recess. I was so distraught but all i remember is they removed me from class until i calmed down. Then when i returned to class, they made sure we werent sitting together. I dont remember if they even called my parents about it. Even back in the 70's the school failed me.

That's a sad story... I'm sorry that happened to you. Freaking schools need more authority to make things like this stop... but unfortunately it's just the opposite.

I can't even hit like for this post.   This is disgraceful on the school's part.  They need to man up, deal with the issue and this rotten apple should be expelled.  As a private school they must have the right to do so, in a public school they would have to go through lots of red tape first.    I'm so sorry for you all going through this, especially your son, he should not have to deal with this.   Sounds like this kid has serious issues.  I hope the school takes care of this matter soon.

This kid has been a problem for my son for years.  But his mother is a crazy harpy and I'm positive that they don't want to antagonize her.  Sucks for my kid.

Actually kids are much less likely to be expelled from a private school--not because of the red tape but because they are losing direct income from that student. Also, they are much more concerned about their reputation. If they lose a kid, it's not like they'll just be assigned a new kid in his place like in public school. They have to actively recruit.
