Holy wow. She wears juicy ass pants to a Catholic school event??? Nuns ought not have to look far for "proof". Sheesh. Big bully kid could have some weirdness happening at home (prison dad? Mom have lotta boyfriends around? Kid may have seen way more than most ten yo ... I watch too much law & order SVU) causing the escalating behavior (as Cynthia said he could need help). But poor Scoobs.
I am so sorry your family is having to go through this. Both my boys were bullied when they were in school, although my oldest became less of a target when he got to high school and joined drama. I had to constantly keep after the school to get it addressed. I'm pretty sure the principals still cringe when they see me around town. The oldest was the smartest in his class (he's a card carrying MENSA member for heavens sakes) and he was told by a lunch room supervisor who was one of the teachers that he needed to grow a thicker skin because he was an eighth grader now. This was when he complained about kids throwing food in his hair and stealing his milk off his tray when he went to get a napkin. It finally got so bad he lost it and punched the tormented. The school punished them both but hubby and I told him we were proud of him for standing up for himself. It seems like it usually is the kids with the POS parents. Stay on the school and make them address it. Give him a big hug from me Too! I used to always tell Rudy it was OK,someday he would be that POS kids well paid boss!

Hi everyone. AV, I work in education so I have lots of things to say. I'll send you a PM later with more thoughts, but Step 1 = look in the school handbook to access their bullying policy. I'm 100% sure they have something in writing that they are actively violating by ignoring it. Bring it back to them and insist that they follow their own policy. They'all realize quickly that you have a legal ground to stand on if they are not compliant with their own policies.
Busy busy busy day again...I miss y'all's posts! I'll come back and read what everyone is up to this weekend :)
