Cruise Weight Gone
Many of you saw my post a couple of days ago about my cruise weight-gain of 2.8 pounds. Well, I have fabulous news! I returned from the cruise on Monday morning, and today I have lost all the cruise weight, plus .2 extra!!! I am thrilled! I got right back on track with my good eating habits and working out, and it has paid off!

I am at goal at 152 lbs.. In any 48 hours my weight can fluctuate between 149 And 155... This is normal.
In maintnace I try to weigh every day...that way I can see weekly average..,if that goes up more than 0.5 lbs...I I adjust my eating...

Great! You learned a good lesson- get back on track right away and the scale will usually adjust quickly. As Melissa said- most of it is water weight.... your body just needs a few days to adjust. No freakouts, just get back on track!

Funny that you would ask -- not another cruise, but I have a trip to Palm Beach next week (my fiance's company management retreat.) And then two weeks later, we are going to Cabo for a trip I earned as a work bonus! These trips will definitely be a test for me!
