Quaker Oatmeal "Weight Control" is the best one I have found.  It has 1g of sugar and 7g of protein per serving.  Also...I think it is tasty.

^^^what they said, stop weighing.  I am only 19 days post-op but at my one week followup I had gained 4 pounds.  You are on a longer journey.  The weight will start to fall off if you follow your plan.  I started losing after a while but my body is still trying to figure it all out.  Also your age, activity level figure in.

I am a get on the scale every morning person- everyone is different ....I did have to learn not to sweat the small stuff-fluctuations and stalls. For me it is helpful to weigh everyday and is part of my accountability. I only record my weight once a week, and when I go to the Docs office.

You will not lose everyday, even in the beginning. I went into a 3 1/2 week stall after my first week post-op..... thought I would lose my mind. It happens, you get past it.
