Not losing?
I am completely confused. I had surgery last Monday and I feel pretty good. My recovery has been great. I weighed myself last Wednesday and I was down 7lbs since Sunday! I jumped on the scale today and it's the exact same! I haven't lost anything
Is this normal? I feel like I'm doing something wrong.

what is on your meal plan? If it has oatmeal or cream of wheat, they could stop you from losing.
Yes Oatmeal. That's all I can really eat right now. That and yogurt, cottage cheese and broth. I'm on the full fluids diet right now. I can also have strained cream soups but I haven't had very much of those.
Full fluids usually means broth, protein shakes, water, etc, but not oatmeal, cottage cheese, and yogurt. Are you sure you should be eating that stuff now?
Many peoples plans say oatmeal, cream of wheat, mashed potatoes, but honestly anyone post-op really shouldn't be eating those types of foods. They are high in carbs and they do slow some peoples weight loss.
Just to be specific, what types of yogurt, oatmeal are you having. I would stay away from all oatmeal until you are at goal. 90% of the yogurts on the market are chock full of sugar. Try for an oikos triple zero or a light and fit and keep those sugars super low. or get a plain greek and add some mio or other flavor to it.
