Melissa and Daisy (and anyone else who is struggling with a cold) ~

When I get a cold, Zicam really helps me a LOT!  It shortens the cold and alleviates the symptoms for me.

Thanks Karen. I don't know if they sell "Zicam" here in Canada. I will look for it. I have to go to Walmart after work and pick up some soup for my sore throat for dinner so will see if they have it there. Otherwise Tylenol Cold & Flu always helps me. Thanks! 

Zinc.  Always zinc.

I buy the Walmart brand of Zicam which is called Zinc Therapy, I think.  It comes in a smallish orange and white box.  They are dissolve in your mouth lozenges in a citrus flavor.  I hope you can find them.  Whatever you take, I sure hope you get to feeling better really soon.  Having a cold is no fun!

Annnnnnddddddd Arun's team WON.  As in they WON the whole Championship!  He was proud as a Pea**** last night when he got home. They slaughtered the other team, two games, and second game they won 15-1.   He really really need this win and happy time with his team because Jury Duty starts Monday... so ya 4-6 months away from his work and dealing with a Murder Trial he really needed some happiness! Thank you for asking, he is pretty thrilled they won!
