Good morning fellow menuers! Is that even a word. Oh well! I hate that we have a ton of people under the weather. There's been several parents at my kids schools claiming the flu. Uck!
QOTD- Changes I made before surgery was no sodas. I quit them two months before my surgery. I was self pay so I didn't have to do a meal plan or anything for my surgery. I stopped drinking with my meals. That was super hard for me and I quit sweets and chips. I bought a Fitbit and started wearing it. I only had like 1/4 mile everyday. Yea pathetic I know.
Time since surgery 6.5 months. Weight this morning 181.4.
B- 1 boiled egg with 1/2 tsp mayo
S- 8oz Unsweetened Almond Cashew milk with one scoop Syntrax
L- 2 oz Grilled Chicken with A.1. Sauce
D- 2oz HB steak with worchestire sauce

I've quit sodas, and chips- that was a big weakness for me. I really have to work on drinking with meals- it only occured to me in the last couple of days that this is something I can do now. I track sporadically. I have a Fitit and I do terribly - my goal is a measly 5000 steps, and I usually make that.

Cloudy gloomy day here in Illinois but Lily and I got our 3 miles in before any rain came. Prayers on the way for all you sick ones out there to start feeling better. Post op 49 months and weight at 117.2. Here's the food for the day B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz burger patty 1/2 c green beans D 31/2 oz baked chicken thigh 1/2 c tomato cucumber salad S mission one chocolate chip cookie protein bar . QOTD 1: I didn't do a damn thing until I had to start my 3 day clear liquid pre-op diet. In fact, the day before my husband took me to a spectacular brunch at a local inn and I indulged as if I would never eat again. LOL
QOTD 2: I lied last night when my son asked me if we had any ice cream. I didn't want it/eat it, but he didn't need it. No shame in my (lying) game.

L: Bananas and cream protein shake with powdered PB2 with chocolate
S: SF latte, Carbmaster yogurt, Buddig turkey and a few pork rinds
D:Albacore melt in ½ light Flat out, carrots, grapes and SF pudding in a baked wonton wrapper
E: 45 mins stationary stepper this morning and elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track
