Morning folks!
I keep losing weight even though I am not really wanting to. Down a few more pounds to 133. Still not going to change anything, just wait for my body to level out but I am really feeling like I am a body double for Skeletor right now. Body image wise it is not doing me any favors. Weird right??? Like that would EVER have been a thing I might think or feel? "I feel too thin, it is yucky" as if! LOL I am grateful everyday, even when I am struggling with this crazy looking new body, for my surgery.
QOTD: I rarely remember my dreams but when I do they are always nightmares. I hate nightmares. The last one I remember was a "it is the end of the world and everything is trying to attack us and I can't get all of my kids to stay in the same room so I can protect them" dream. I have these fairly often. I know it is because they are all growing up and moving out and I fret for them.
Menu: B: Light & Fit Greek Blueberry, L: Salami and mozzarella knot, D: taco meat, salsa, lettuce, and avocado slices; S: Dewlicious melon

That is terrible. I've had that sort of dream too. I wake up feeling terrified and for weeks I will be checking on the person from the dream. No fun.

It is amazing!! You take a bag of frozen cauliflower and cook in high in the microwave for 7 minutes. After it's cooked take a hamburger masher and mash the florets into smaller noodle sizes. Take 2 tsp of unsweetened Almond milk, 1 tsp of butter, salt and pepper, and as much cheese as your family likes. Mix it all together. Cook on High another 2 minutes. That's it. So good.
