I make chicken salad with canned chicken and plain Greek yogurt. The yogurt really ups the protein.
I need to know more about this chicken buffalo salad too! LOL

Morning all!
qotd: weirdly enough I don't remember any dreams last night. I am usually a vivid dreamer. Mostly they involve alien invasions, or end of the world scenarios I need to get my loved ones and escape from hahaha not so much nightmares as action movies! Or running from wolves. Less fun.
i have to say I'm feeling about 90% better. Talk about lessons learned....never expected that discomfort to last so long! I'll stick with another day or two of liquids and start again.
