Calories/Macronutrients...Must be wrong! Ideas?
I'm perplexed. I joined myfitnesspal, and after entering my info it came up with this. Does this sound right? Carbs and Fat seem high.

Calories: 1550
Daily Carb: 170gm.
Daily Fat: 45gm.
Daily Protein: 68gm.
My goal was 2 # a week. I weigh 282 @ 5'4". Female. Sedentary (due to disability, chronic pain issues, unemployment)
Ignore all those things. There is no reason to pay attention to that part of MyFitnessPal. Use it to track all of your food. I still do, and will hit 1500 consecutive days soon.
Keep your calories as low as you can, while hitting your protein goal. Ignore everything else.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.
M1 -24; M2 -21; M3 -19; M4 -21; M5 -13; M6 -21; M7 -10; M8 -16; M9 -10; M10 -8; M11 -6; M12 -5.

It's not what she is eating. It's what MFP is telling her she SHOULD be eating.

I misunderstood. I agree with Grim. Those values are for normies, who haven't had weight loss surgery. If you look around onthe site there is a place to input the values you want.
