Long term success without dedicated exercise?
I will not join a gym. I try to think long term- just like the eating...what can I do and enjoy long term. I do try and be 30 minutes active everyday. In the beginning that meant set the timer and dance party while cooking dinner. That winter I pulled out a trampoline I had bought years before and jumped while watching TV- nothing fancy. Summer I swim.... Last year I have been enjoying Beach Body videos- 21-day-fix and others. I am all about the roll out of bed, 30 minute video and done, and check it off my list. If I want to take a walk around the neighborhood later, I do- but I don't feel like I have to.
Active- that is my mindset. I purposely change it up, stop something and do something else. Again- thinking long term, am I going to do the same thing forever? No.
