welcome back AV!
No matter how many times I read about a post op stall, the fact I've been bouncing around the same weight for over a week is starting to get in my head! My calories have not gone over 500, nearly all protein, other than some lentils. I did under chew some chicken salad last night, so today I'm going back to liquids to help things settle. I'll just keep plugging away, and am open to any feedback!
Menu: protein shakes and soup.
Stalls, or even slowing on the scale is hard... just keep on keeping on, and it will move.

I know you don't want to hear this... even early out a week is barely a stall. One week after surgery... when I was barely eating, I stalled for 3 1/2 weeks.... sometimes your body just needs it for some reason.... hang in there...

QOTD: not much new here. I did get my 2 year lab results back on Friday and they were excellent across the board. Good to know that all those supplements are doing what they should. Only recommended change is to reduce daily b12 intake, as my levels are more than twice the max.
B: noatmeal a la Ereiam with chia seeds and ground flax, almond milk and protein powder.
Amy, could you please tell me how much of each ingredient you used? Mine turned out as a thick liquid, and I was expecting a hot cereal consistency.
L: two slices weigh****chers whole wheat bread with 2oz. reduced fat cheddar and miracle whip
D: baked chicken leg
S: string cheese
Cal-882, protein-96, carbs-35
I'm trying to mix up the food a bit this week as I'm getting menu fatigue. Still watching those carbs and calories!

B noatmeal made with premier protein bananas and cream, coffee with cream
L shrimp with salad
D pork ribs with SF BBQ sauce, Cole slaw
S beef jerky,light and fit yogurt, string cheese, some veggies
