Ugh, the WORST feeling ever! It happens to me more than I'd like it to. I usually end up getting sick at some point, and once I do, I feel so much better! I've tried the papaya enzymes, but they don't seem to do it for me.

I hope you're feeling better soon!

Thanks everyone! I'm feeling much better this morning. Was able to sip water every few minutes by 8 last night. I felt like I was just out of surgery!
