Thanks for starting the post! I guess everyone is sleeping in.
This is a 'Back on Track' day for me after lots of food with my family yesterday and way too many desserts.... I don't 'dump' per se, but sometimes if I eat a little bit of something it won't agree- and I'll get that nauseous feeling- then days like yesterday I am plowing through bites and pieces of desserts no problem. Maybe because they were delicious bakery treats -freshly made not processed. Still learning to control myself.
QOTD: I grew up on Sunday Football- Dinner during half-time. It was the glory days of Vince Lombardi and the Green Bay Packers. My DIL is a Wisconsin girl and they are the loyalest fans ever of their team. My house/son - we are NY Giants fans. So I bought my grandson a Giants Jersey one time. Another time when I went to visit I asked if he wore it... the response from my DIL? "Well, it's at the bottom of the drawer, and your son gets him dressed in the morning..." hahahaha loyal to the team. Except when he started wearing it, he loved it and would walk around going "Giants are my team. " oops.

Good Morning Everyone!
QOTD: I don't like football which is an absolute SIN here in Nebraska! (Go Big Red) I personally think way too much money is spent on football that could be spent on homeless people and homeless pets and other worthy causes. However I do get how it unites people and how it feels good to root for your team.
My menu for today is:
