NSV - bike ride
DH and I attempted our first "real" bike ride on a local rail trail- the first time since I gained weight back the last time. The trail is about 10 miles one way. We started with the idea to make it half way. Made it the whole way for a total of 19.8 miles. A little sore today, but feeling a great sense of accomplishment. Hopefully this is the first of many more to come!

Congratulations!!! If your first ride was so long, I'm sure you will ride more. Next time ride maybe 10-15 miles total. Then keep adding miles. You have to have "seat time" to make it enjoyable. The more you ride, the less sore your butt will be. I love to bike.

WooHoo! Congrats!, luv bike riding too & like the previous op mentioned if the butt is sore, start small & build up. Since I've switched bikes & went to the smaller seat, I definitely need to build up some butt calluses lol
Have fun out there! & be safe!
