What's on your Saturday menu, RNY'ers?
sorry to jump in, but I'm about to head out the door and can't do it until I report my menu!!
QOTD: what states or countries have you lived in? Me: Ohio, North Carolina, Wisconsin
B: quiche (going out with a friend - it's the only thing on the menu that's bariatric-friendly (will skip the crust))
S: pumpkin/vanilla protein shake, coffee with half & half
L: something light - maybe cottage cheese or yogurt
D: Caribbean-style stir fry (pork and veggies - no rice)

My menu for today:
Breakfast: 2 eggs, sunny side up, 3 strips bacon
Lunch: Lettuce salad w/ tomato, bacon, cheese & low cal dressing
Dinner: Rib-eye steak
Snack: Watermelon
Snack: Oiko's Triple Zero greek yogurt
Snack: Moon Cheese
Snack: Sugar-free pudding with cool whip
Exercise: Walking the dogs around the subdivision.

Totals: 574 cals 68 protein 36 carbs 17 fat
Another cottage cheese with pepper fan!! That is how it was presented to me growing up... so it's the only way to go!

Actually I was not a fan of either so much until after my surgery. Suddenly cottage cheese with loads of pepper (and sometimes hot sauce) is all I ever want to eat. Strange but wonderful food ;)

QOTD: I was born in NY, have lived in Cali most of my life aside from about a year in Connecticut and 3 months in Washington State.
menu for today: B: SF latte and shake. L: tuna melt and carrots. S: SF latte, yogurt and pork rinds. D: BBQ steak and some sort of veggie and SF pudding. Exercise done. Water and vits on track.
