What's on your Saturday menu, RNY'ers?
sorry to jump in, but I'm about to head out the door and can't do it until I report my menu!!
QOTD: what states or countries have you lived in? Me: Ohio, North Carolina, Wisconsin
B: quiche (going out with a friend - it's the only thing on the menu that's bariatric-friendly (will skip the crust))
S: pumpkin/vanilla protein shake, coffee with half & half
L: something light - maybe cottage cheese or yogurt
D: Caribbean-style stir fry (pork and veggies - no rice)

My menu for today:
Breakfast: 2 eggs, sunny side up, 3 strips bacon
Lunch: Lettuce salad w/ tomato, bacon, cheese & low cal dressing
Dinner: Rib-eye steak
Snack: Watermelon
Snack: Oiko's Triple Zero greek yogurt
Snack: Moon Cheese
Snack: Sugar-free pudding with cool whip
Exercise: Walking the dogs around the subdivision.

Another cottage cheese with pepper fan!! That is how it was presented to me growing up... so it's the only way to go!

Actually I was not a fan of either so much until after my surgery. Suddenly cottage cheese with loads of pepper (and sometimes hot sauce) is all I ever want to eat. Strange but wonderful food ;)

Good Morning! thanks for getting us rolling. I've been to the gym and drinking my coffee before I head out to my hair appt.
QOTD: I was born in NY, have lived in Cali most of my life aside from about a year in Connecticut and 3 months in Washington State.
menu for today: B: SF latte and shake. L: tuna melt and carrots. S: SF latte, yogurt and pork rinds. D: BBQ steak and some sort of veggie and SF pudding. Exercise done. Water and vits on track.

M3 3 oz tuna puree w/lite mayo
M4 3 oz greek yogurt
M4 out to dinner prob. 3 oz mashed braised lamb (Tapas restaurant), or something very squishy.
Protein 62 grams fluid prediction 56oz may try to throw a protein shake in for increase pro. and fluid
No calorie or carb count yet per surgeon and dietitian.
