No Pics today. I do hope AV gets back soon and is feeling okay.

The scale is a moving this morning, finally, had a bit of an upstall with the sinus issues and steroids. Happy it is moving now.

QOTD: All left brained here. Though I do have some creative flares occasionally. For the most part I'm all logic and reason.

Love the themes for Photo Fridays going forward.

Morning everyone!

Sounds like some exciting weekends ahead for folks. I'm hosting my inlaws as they are in town for a party. Still struggling to upload photos on here from an iPad... here's hoping for an update to the forum someday ;)

qotd:I'm definitely in between. Crafty and sometimes creative, but absolutely a list maker, and analytical type.

menu:

B protein shake

L: lentil soup (the end of the purée!)

D: tbd as I'm not sure when company is arriving

S:protein shake to make up the difference.

water is good. But I'm often dry in the mouth. Keeping calories under 450.

Happy Friday everyone!  Sending good thoughts to AV and hoping she is back soon.  The wedding you are going to sounds lovely. Take lots of pictures for us.

The weekend will be a good one I think. Tonight is just chilling out around the house night.  The Guy has a new job working for the state Mon - Fri 8-5 but he hasn't quit his other retail job just yet.  He wants to overlap a bit and catch up on bills which is a good plan.  However this means he is working evenings at the second job and so it has been a bit of a crappy schedule this week.  He has Saturday night off though and we are going to a fundraiser in Austin that should be super fun. The kiddo is finishing the last few performances of his stage managing theater gig.  Sunday should be pajama day. I frickin' love pajama days.

QOTD: I'm ambidextrous in my dexterity, write with primarily my left hand, bowl right handed, throw darts lefty.  I think that gives me a bit of both 'sides' of the brain.  I am good at statistics and very empathetic. 

PHOTO Friday: I walked outside to grab you guys a selfie.  I declared today to be jeans day. My work doesn't actually ever have jeans day but they also don't actually dress code me.  Anything with a lab coat is good enough for them really. It is easy to look dressed up when your coworkers wear scrubs.  Unfortunately I can't get the pic to load into the site this morning.  Will try to go back and add later.

Edit:  Got it to upload.  Wheee!

Weight this morning 135. Wearing size 5 Juniors jeans and a size small Banana Republic button down. Previous sizes: Jeans 20/22, Tops 3X. Nearly at my One Year Surgery Anniversary.  Total lost so far: 130

Menu: Doh!  I thought I had my breakfast here at work.  Nope, turns out it got eaten. All I have is about a 1/4 cups of grapes and a grumpy attitude. Lunch is a tortilla with a slice of pastrami and slice of Swiss cheese with spicy mustard (if no one eats it first). Dinner is up in the air, heading to the grocery after work.

You look fantastic.    We have jeans day every Friday.  My last job we only wore jeans occasionally and it was usually if you wanted to wear jeans you had to pay $5 towards whatever the charity was that they picked to donate.
