1st post-op surgeon visit

Today is day 13 post-op. I can stop the Lovenox injections and...I am down 14 lbs since surgery! OMG It does work!!

I can also resume my previous medications, not follow the screwed up meds ordered by the surgical resident!

That's awesome Pat.  Congrats on the 14 lbs.  Most importantly what can you now eat?.  Lol

No diet texture advances yet. I advance to 3 Oz puree per meal on Friday I have about 5 "meals" with no liquids 1/2 hour before and after and 20 minutes for the meal. It seems like it's catch up on liquids all day.

So still shakes and yogurt?  I'm dying for a scrambled  egg.   Something that needs to be chewed.

Lucky lady.  I still have two more weeks of Lovenox.
