Completely Overwhelmed by Vitamins and medicines
LOL. I have absolutely no bruising. Amazing since every single injection makes me feel like it is spreading throughout my entire belly, burning its way along. They are just terrible. I am on day 13, so halfway through. Every day I think, well they won't know if I skip just this one... And then I remember the shots are keeping me from dropping dead.

the bariatric advantage made me a little ill at first to be honest with the sugar alcohols. made me pass gas.
i initially took 2 flintstones per serving 3 times a day and calcium 2x a day 2 hours apart.
i would say put your phone on alarms to not forget- i'm 9 months out now and remember to take them during the day.
Post charts, make a purse-size supplement requirement guide to refer to, set alarms, follow the supplement guide given to you, obtain approval from your medical team before changing anything, and know the overwhelming feeling will subside once you have a routine going. I have never heard of anyone dumping on their supplements. My regiment runs smoothly by having a designated 18" wide x 36" high cabinet next to my bed completely filled with lifelong needs; everything from literature, all supplements, pain meds, probiotics, to water bottles. You'll get the hang of it, Karen.
