First Camping Trip post RNY
We're back from our long awaited camping trip. Had an awesome time - able to do so much more than last year at this time. Great weather and lots of wildlife. I still have a long way to go on my journey, but was able to do some hiking and biking this time. I didn't have a food scale with me, but must have done pretty good at "eyeballing". Protein first and NO junky snacks - scale was down 4 pounds from the last weigh-in 6 days prior. The only bad part about the vacation - coming back to work. Yesterday was actually the first day back, but today is the first I'm starting to get my head to the top of the email flood.

I love camping and hiking. Backpacking is my new thing. It's not always easy to find good protein items but some dehydrated foods are good. The website the feed has some good stuff as well. I love coffee when I camp and 1 packet of instant coffee and a scoop of big train mocha protein is my favorite cool morning just out of my tent fix
