I just press them into a cupcake pan and bake them at 375 degrees for about 10 mins (just until they brown a bit). Super simple and each one is 17 calories.

I will try and remember to take a pic tonight :)  It's very simple. I bake the wonton wrappers by pushing them into a cupcake pan and baking them for about 10 mins (just until they get brown) and then for the filling I make instant SF pudding using fairlife milk.  I store the baked wonton wrappers in a ziploc bag in the fridge and then when I am ready to eat I fill one with pudding and sometimes top it with some cool-whip.  I am telling you super easy!

I really like those flavored tuna packets. My newbie pouch tolerates them, and it's something I can grab and take when we are going to be out of the house.

Breakfast- caramel latte shake. Last one of these, thank goodness! Lol

Lunch- grits with an egg

snack- oikos yogurt

dinner- ricotta bake

Cathy are your calorie totals a typo?  Are you really eating 817 calories less than a month post op?  This concerns me!

I am 3 years post op and I eat around 850-950 a day.  800-900 calories is maintenance for a lot of us, not one month post op.

Please let us know if that was a typo, or if you calculated it wrong in MFP. If in fact you are eating that much then I need to caution you your weight loss is going to slow down to near nothing or come to a full stop.  I just looked back at MFP for when I was a month post op, I was eating around 400 - 450 calories a day.

Just be careful okay, the calorie creep up happens fast and very easily!
