What is on your Tuesday Menu RNYers?
I do that a lot... on a broiling pan with the little vents in the top of the pan. It's easier when I'm cooking for the whole family. I cook a pound at a time and it's all gone by lunchtime! Crazy teenage kids will eat anything/everything if you let them

Its only Tuesday... I am still tired... I want to put my head down on my keyboard here at work and nap! Sooooooo tired!
Didn't end up going grocery shopping last night after work, want to know what I did, feel asleep on the couch!
QOTD: Current fav food well only because this Canadian girl was in the US this weekend I picked up Dannon Light & Fit yogurts (which you can't get in Canada) in the Pumpkin Spice flavour. THEY ARE OFF THE CHARTS AWESOME!!!!!!!! But once they are gone I would have to say that tuna or eggs are my fav. Both are so versatile and super fast and easy to make and eat.
So I got my blood work results yesterday to find out if the Iron Infusion I had in June/July helped my low low levels well as of June 6th my Ferritin was 4 and as of yesterday Ferritin was only 8. So I am not happy... a slight change but hardly the leap I was looking for. So back to another Iron Infusion - starting 1st week of October. For the Vets... post RNY what do you like to see your Ferritin number at? I know the Labs give us a "range" but that is for all persons not specific Bariatric patients, just curious.

Hubby's team is in the baseball playoffs, tonight is "due or die" his team has to win both games to move on to the finals. If I have the energy will take the dogs with me and go see him play. The baseball parks are not close to our house, 45-60 minute drive away hence why I don't go a lot cuz the games are so far and often they play late, as in start at 8pm. Will report back tomorrow how they did.
Have a beautiful happy day friends!
