Ours do not have weight on them thank God!   Mine expired last October, I was 6 months out from surgery, the comparison between that and my old license was jaw dropping!  I was probably at my heaviest weight ever when the last picture was taken 10 years previously.

I loved sweets pre surgery that was my siren song... then post surgery everything seemed extra sweet and I started to crave spicy and savoury.  I could not get enough of food that was flavoured Thai, Indian, Greek. So I know exactly what you mean on "craving" bacon.

Hubby and I recently renewed our passports back in January, it was such a delight to put my actual REAL weight on the renewal form and to get an updated pic that actually looks like me now.

Yay on all the shopping NSVs, keep up the great work!

Hope the ribeye sits well with you, go slow, chew well!

OMG, I ate so much hummus after surgery during the pureed stage that I can't bring myself to try my coveted Mediterranean foods! I hope that feeling passes soon... part of my brain misses all those flavors!

I seem to do OK with ribeye because it's pretty chewable at med-rare/rare... I can't do sirloins though, and unfortunately my mother in law often brings over packages of them. LOL But I promise to chew, chew, chew ALL the flavor out of that meat before I swallow ;)

I'm gonna have to get over the bacon phase, even with the low sodium, it's still HIGH in sodium!

Thanks! NSVs are the BEST!

I've been craving bacon like crazy.  Unfortunately, even cooked well done, I react to the fat in it and it makes me sick.

Early out Stacy I could not do bacon.  I can now, like you said well cooked and I tend to eat the pieces that have very little to no fat, if I see a lot of fat on it give it to hubby.  I bake my bacon on a pan in the oven at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.  Most of the fat drips off and its seems to sit better in my pouch.

I did this bacon up for AMAW

ugh. same as me....I love bacon - but I can eat 1-2 slices the most... any more than that - nausea..  some fat is just no -go... I can eat a tsp of butter... no problem..
