Good afternoon family.  I'm late to the party today.  I had a rough night last night, was up until after 3am with a nasty headache, then up with the kid and to the library before I had time to post.  So when we got home and the kiddo went down for a nap, I went with him and napped for 2 hours.  I'm just feeling like a normal human being now.  All in all, that makes for a good food day.  It's weird, because I'm having hot flashes off an on.  I was so hot this afternoon after walking home from the library, but freezing after my nap that I put on a sweater, but then I was sweating like a fiend and took off my sweater, and now I'm freezing again.  Hmmm, I just don't get it.

Anyway, not much going on, just potty training the kiddo.  Less than 2 weeks until the OH conference and I'm getting excited.

QOTD:  I didn't actually graduate with my class, since I dropped out of high school young, but I did go back and get my GED in 1991, which is the year I was supposed to graduate anyway.  So, I've never been to a reunion.  I don't know a lot of the people that were in my class very well, my last memories of them was when I was in middle school.

Here's my food for the day:

B: Ham and cheese sandwich with tomato and mayo (was running to get out the door for the library walk)

L: Leftover chuckeye roast with stewed cabbage, carrots, peppers and onions.  I crock potted it with a tomato sauce, it was delicous

D: Same as lunch, leftovers.  I could eat this stuff for every meal.

S: Light and Fit greek yogurt

Have a great day everyone.
