My favorite things to eat right now
My newest fun creation is a layering a small dish (tea-cup size) with any kind of low-carb, glutton-free crackers (Good Thins, Beanito's, Milton's, Van's, Glutino's, Blue Diamond Nut-Thins) then sprinkle .5 oz of 2% Mexican Shredded Cheese, about 8-9 turkey pepperoni's... microwave about 30 seconds, then top with salsa or picante sauce. Mini Mexican Pizza, - about 100 calories and 10 grams protein. Yummy and very filling.
