Thank all of you for the well wishes and support. I'll do my best to update all following the procedure. Thanks for the reminder about the importance of walking and sipping. I think my new mantra will be walk, sip, walk.....

Best of luck to you! I lost 12 lbs. on the liquid diet, they didn't weigh me before surgery at the hospital, but I did do a weigh in the day before at my GPs and called it in (normally you go in to the clinic, but I live over an hour out).

I didn't know the operating table could weigh you!
