So glad you posted, been waiting and checking every day! It is hard to balance the sip/walk/rest dance! And wait until you have to add in getting enough protein and food! I finally am getting in enough protein, and now my doctor says I have to get more calories than 300 (harder than it sounds) so I have enough energy to walk.
we are on the other side!!!
