Good Friday morning menu gang!!!!! It is a beautiful morning and I am ready to get this weekend started! AV asked one morning do you have days were you feel fierce. Well today is one of Those days!! Bring on the world I am ready.

This weekend we have the normal rodeos. Saturday morning we will dove hunt again. Church Sunday and another rodeo.

Time since surgery 6 months 187.1

B- 8 oz Unsweetened Almond Cashew Milk with Nectar Protein Powder
L- 2 oz Grilled Chicken with a tsp of avocado spread on it
D- 2 oz Steak (not sure which kind yet)
S- 8 oz Unsweetened Almond Cashew Milk with Nectar Protein Powder

590 Cal / 74g of Protein. Woot woot

You have to post a pic of these rodeo's one of these days. And I am afraid to ask... dove hunting? As in to eat them? Like how people hunt and eat ducks? What part of the US do you live in (I am just curious) I just have never heard of dove hunting, but that could be that its not a "thing" here in Canada LOL

Your menu looks awesome and I am just blown away by your success and how much you are killing this WLS thing. You are establishing such great habits early out and I can assure you it will take you a long way and you will be very successful.

Oh and I am so stealing your lunch idea!!!

Daisy thank you so much!!! It means a lot for you to comment on my WLS thing. I am working my butt off literally! I am so glad I found this forum. I think having it has really helped me with the understanding of the way things need to be. My lunch was delish!!!! Steal away!

I am from SC. We do hunt and eat the dove. That's our rule. If you kill it you eat it. We hunt wild boar, quail, dove, and geese. We beef our own cows and hogs.

And wow you are legit hard core girl!! If I had the skill/know how I would hunt for my food, I think that's great! Now you have peaked my curiosity, what does Dove taste like? So you must have a farm/land. I am totally jealous!! As a city girl that world seems so cool to me!
