If your strainer has holes that are too big, you can also try lining it with a piece of cheesecloth. Those holes are much smaller :)

So I just saw Moon cheese at Starbucks...almost bought it... the bag they had was 4.5 servings. I don't know if I could control myself to eat one serving. Kinda pricey too- of course Starbucks. Where do you buy it?

Hi Cynthia,

Moon cheese is AWESOME! You must try it! Yes, it is pretty pricey, though. I buy it from www.netrition.com. I eat 6-7 pieces at a time (1 oz) for 10 grams of protein, 140 calories, 2 grams of carbs.

I buy mine from www.netrition.com, they are located in Albany NY. Standard flat shipping rate of 5.99 and because I live 3 hours from Albany I get the package the next day. I usually buy several packagers to take advantage of the shipping.

Package is $3.29 for 2 oz.

Quinoa used to be a favorite of mine, but the last time I had it, I ended up throwing up for hours after (which is odd, since I didn't eat much more that 2 tbs). It's on the "don not eat" list for a while! Glad it worked for you, it's delish!!

Right there with you Stacy. I used to LOVE quinoa pre surgery and now I still love it but my pouch does not. I can't eat it anymore, so sad cuz I LOVE a good middle eastern flavoured quinoa!
