We have had a busy few days. My 8yo is in American Heritage Girls and they got to lead the pledge of allegiance at the VA this morning for the POW/MIA ceremony. Very sweet. My son was supposed to have baseball tonight but it's been rained out. I'm not disappointed! Plans today and tomorrow include shoveling out the kids bedrooms and the basement den. Yikes. Finishing going through boxes for fall/winter clothes. Finish painting our schoolroom. And tomorrow evening my 6yo and I are going to run some errands together.
Breakfast today- caramel latte shake
Very late lunch- the girls went to lunch after the VA at Raising Cane's, and I sipped an unsweetened tea. Didn't bother me a bit because I truly don't get hungry. I had 1/4 cup of beans with cheese, guac, bit of salsa on top.
Snack- don't think I will get one in because of the late lunch, but if I have room before bed I might have a cheese stick and a little hummus.
Dinner- beans as above...I need to finish up the guac.

Hi all! No pic for me - i am off still from work recovering from GB surgery monday. Finally pooped today= took all darn week to go.
I've noticed that I eat LESS than what I ate before the surgery. very odd. it is like I feel the pressure more?
Tomorrow night is my 20 year HS class reunion! Very odd and nervous. i have planned on wearing a dress but most are wearing jeans so I have to figure it out. I also have to do my nails, toes and decided on hair and makeup. Yes, I'm a planner. I WILL be taking pics.
sunday- no plans
Been keeping under my calories this past week. No exercise but I have been walking a TON

D: 2 oz tuna(no mayo), 1 cup steamed broccoli
Lots and lots of water and low sodium no fat broth.
Can ya tell I'm on my 2 week pre-surgery liquid diet? LOL!
I'm a little hungry but it's all good.
