What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Hi, I usually eat what I planned out.
Donit have much going on this weekend. Ill probaby go to my friends house tonight. Im going to Kohls this afternoon. Sunday I have Sunday school and church. I usually spend the afternoon reading the newspaper.
B coffee and mcdonalds egg mcmuffin. My friend took me out to breakfast.
L cottage cheese, turkey deli meat and a few carrots
D chicken and butternut squash
S greek yogurt, turkey sausage snack sticks and apple
Have a good weekend
crazy, crazy morning - I'll read through all these later as I have about two seconds to eat before I have more crap to do....
15 months out:
B: Greek yogurt with added protein powder, aronia berries, 5 strawberries
S: protein shake, coffee with half & half
L: 2 oz chicken breast, 2 asparagus spears, 3 tomato wedges, small slice of whole wheat baguette (I know I know) with Brie
D: grilled walleye with miso-ginger sauce, 1/2 C Chinese style salad (quinoa, cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, peanuts)
exercise: probably upper body weights (did lower body last night - not motivated enough last night to do the whole shebang)
