You look so cute!  And I hear you on the new bra love.  It really make a difference in how your clothes fit and how you feel, right?  Speaking of which...I may need to hit up Vicki's in the near future.  They prolly miss me.

I hope your hubby gets well soon, pneumonia is something to take serious.  Sorry your daughter is not well but at least she got the diagnosis and you can make a plan for going forward. She is so cute in the video, I won't tell you showed it to us LOL

And PAMMIE!!! YOU LOOK AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That shirt looks great on you (although its kind of too big now) and your rack looks fab in your new bras!!! 188 is awesome and you are doing so well, keep up the great work!!!

Why are we our own worst critics??

Cuz we are women and we were born with a stupid flawed view of body image!

I am not going to lie Pammie, for me at almost 3 years post op I still see a fat girl in the mirror.  JUST LAST NIGHT as hubby and I were on our way to the dog boarders he caught me standing in front of the bathroom mirror all sad faced and grabbing lose skin and saying "see this!! and "see that!!!" All I see is a fat girl with loose skin even though the scale this morning said 127.4.  My mind has not caught up with my body, it may never. It is what it is...

Look at you!!! You look amazing!! Way to go!

Yes happy Friday Menu Muppet's!!  Huzzah is right to the "Great OH Ithaca Meetup (GOHIM)!!"  YES I want a t-shirt that says all of the following:

"Ithaca is Gorges (and yes I got that you savvy word play genius) & FPEG" and why not throw in "Coffee is life" LOL LOL

You have a super busy weekend girl!  Plans this weekend: pedicure & eyebrows tonight, and last minute "stuff". Saturday & Sunday in Ithaca with the FPEG, Google maps says its about 4 hour drive from our place so that is great!  Monday back to work! Blah! Oh and great news hubby did NOT get chosen as a Juror, he was dismissed at 5:30pm yesterday.  Although he was given instructions he will be on "standby" as a potential juror in case one of the people they did choose does not work out, he and I are super relieved he got out of it!

Time since surgery: 2 years & 10 months

B: 2 eggs & cheese with 1 tbsp of ketchup (made in a Tupperware that I brought to work in the microwave, was yummy!)

L: 3.5 oz of leftover grilled chicken with Spicy Stubbs bbq sauce

S: two Swiss babybel cheese   

D: splitting a chicken Quesadilla with hubby I can only ever eat one of the "slices" he eats two and we take one home for leftovers

S: 1oz of cheddar cheese curds

Totals: 906 calories, 90 protein, 26 carbs, 50 fat

We dropped the dogs off at the dog boarders last night, got back home close to 10pm.  OMG the house is empty with out my puppehs!!!! Those of you who have dogs know exactly what I mean!  And when the alarm went off today at 5am and there was no tails wagging hitting the side table with that big ole' whack whack whack, hubby and I are sooooo sad.  But they are there with their lab family (three chocolate labs, two black labs and two blond labs, yes its Lab heaven there!) so its all good!

Here are my photo (before & after) Friday pic for ya all: pic one is me the day after surgery, my boss came and visited me and dropped off those flowers, she is the best boss in the world, I am smiling for the pic but I was not really happy, in pain and nauseous.  Second pic is of me from a couple of weeks ago, I love red and don't wear it enough.

You look great in red, love the color on you. And, of course you were smiling even feeling like...well crud but that's just how you are-smiling through the pain :)

You look so good!!! Smile, always... just fake it till you make it! That's my mantra!
