Nutritionist blood work!

Well I had my dinner at 6:30 last night before meeting a friend at an special guest bible study.  So I had my mind made up to go have my blood work done this morning. Technically I needed to fast for 12 hours so the fast would have been done at 6:30 this morning. However, I overslept and didn't get up until 9:30. So I got up got dressed and drove over to the Lab to get the blood work done. When I got there they informed me that my blood work order had not been signed and my insurance would not pay for it! By this time my hunger has kicked in and I am not a happy person. Not wanting to have to go through this again I suffered through it and drove back to the Nutritionist office got them to sign the order and headed back to the lab. With all that has transpired I got back home at 12:00 noon. and I just had my breakfast.  Oh the joy of jumping through hoops!

I do have to say that I am glad that I didn't give up and just wait to have the BW done later.
