Time since surgery - 2 years and 10 months today!

B: 1/2 sesame bagel with one egg and one slice of Swiss cheese

L: 3.5 oz of grilled chicken with hot sauce (left overs)

S: two babybel cheese 

D: 4 oz of grilled chicken with A1 sauce (left overs)   

S: one over easy egg with a slice of Swiss cheese melted over - open face

Totals: 842 calories, 102 protein, 15 carbs, 40 fat

Vitamin Patches are on, liquids are good, no exercise tonight. After work hubby and I are dropping the dogs off at the dog boarders so will be there for most of the evening, we adore our dog boarding family they are the best.  They have the brother & sister of my chocolate lab and the cousin of my black lab, its literally lab family, its awesome!

Hubby is at Jury Duty today, he had to report on Tuesday as he got his summons a few months ago, and was told to come back today at 9am for selection.  Its a murder trial from 2012. He said on Tuesday the potential Jurors actually saw the accused in the courtroom. He is praying he does not get chosen as a Juror. The Judge already informed them he thinks the trial will take 4-6 months long. OMG freaking out a little!

And I would like to know if Aliens have taken AV cuz she told us she loves us?? LOL LOL LOL  Love you back AV

Is it grand jury that your hubs is summoned for?  I'm not sure if it works the same way in Canada, but I was selected for grand jury duty in 2013 and had to attend 3-4 days a week for like 2 months.  And honestly, I kind of loved it. 

Yes rest is needed.  I might be a little more deaf after the weekend from all laughter and squealing HA HA

Yes Grand Jury, big Murder Trial.  I think I would secretly love it too cuz I am a seriously nosy person and find the criminal mind fascinationg, hubby on the other hand is a peach love and eternal happiness kind of guy, this would break it heart to go through it.

I actually wouldn't mind being on a jury of a murder trial.  The two times I've been on a jury were for DWI trials.  BOOOOORING!!

Wow, hoping Arun doesn't get seated on the jury.Not only is that a LONG time but often times what the jurors have to hear/see is brutal and they can't talk about it so it can be rough.

I did the 30 minute circuit this morning at my gym so had a great start to the day. My pants are all 2 sizes too big lol 

QOTD: If I reach out with my left hand I touch the snack bag of cheese it's I just ate........having a hungry morning.....I am weak lol.

L: Mediterranean Chicken skewers with sautéed peppers and onions.
