i do chew my arms off! (protein, right?) kidding aside, yes...those numbers are too low. i have a protein shake with me that i did not calculate in. i am usually around 900 calories and 80+ protein. i am in a bit of a flux lately because i have a lot gastrically going on that they are trying to figure out and i am attempting to limit all food groups at once to see where the problem is ;)

OK, that makes me feel better. Not your gastric problems, your protein shake. LOL I hope you can get to the bottom of it and figure out what's causing you distress!
Me too ! I dropped my calories from 1000 the other day and I've been fighting the urge to binge every second at night. I can go all day and do fine but holy smokes, in the evening I'm like a drug addict fighting the urge to shove anything into my mouth...

i have to drink...A LOT! my head hunger has always been strong. if i don't drink, i am eating. it is the lesser of two evils. that being said, it was very hard when my pouch was new. so newbies, please don't try to drink a gallon!

Good morning, Beautiful day here as well, we are expecting the annual FDA audit any day so I am stuck in the office. I forgot my water cup so need to go to the dollar general to buy one to keep at work. Heading out in a minute. Had another good day and night with no grazing, it is amazing how my mood changes depending how my eating has been.
QOTD - to my left is my mouse, ( I am not a lefty, forced myself to become a lefty mouse user due to ongoing shoulder issues), my laptop in charger and my phone.

S - Dannon light and fit greek yogurt - caramel apple pie
L - Baked Tilapia - in a garlic ICBNB ( I cant believe its not butter) sauce with a tblsp bread crumbs - simply delicious.

D - Left over grilled chicken
S - Protein Bar
