What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
That's odd; you shouldn't have to add your own food. Almost anything anybody has ever eaten since the beginning of time is in the database.

Have you thought about creating a NEW login and NEW password. Or are you going to continue trying the same thing that is clearly not working? Or have you asked your daughter for help? Teenagers are usually pretty tech savvy.
I really think you will be surprised at how many calories you are eating and that is why you are not losing weight, you need to be tracking in MFP.

10+ years post op, living & loving life!
QOTD: I've lived in mountains - don't miss 'em. Fabulous views, but I hated winter driving and I missed seeing a wide, open sky. I love water - oceans or lakes. Doesn't necessarily have to have a beach. I'm also a city person. I've lived in small towns and never cared for them. My current city has a population of about 230,000 - that's about as small as I'd want to go. Or I guess if I was in a small town that was within about a half hour of a big city, that would work, too.
15 months out:
B: Greek yogurt with blueberries & aronia berries
S: double protein shake, coffee with half & half
L: 1 C cottage cheese with caraway seeds & scallions, cherry tomatoes
D: grilled walleye with ginger-miso sauce, 1/2 C Chinese-flavored quinoa/cabbage/carrot/bell pepper salad
probably another greek yogurt or protein pudding pop later today
exercise: went to a 7:00 am yoga class this morning. May go to water aerobics this evening if I have the energy - otherwise, tomorrow...
Happy day to ya menu gang!! So yesterday I had a dermatologist appointment because I have three or four "suspicious" moles. Well when the heifer of a doctor told me to remove my pants this was her response--"dear God you have alot of lose skin". Umm well thank you. I did let it bother me for some reason. So I ate like a fat girl for supper last night. Its out of my system now but I totally did not expect that from a doctor. Anyway moving on......
