Oh boy...well, I live in the mountains now, and it's lovely. But I definitely would pick the beach.
Getting the hang of this eating thing, it's going better, but I'm keeping it very mushy. Post op appointment today. I'm having trouble with fitness pal. It won't let me ad.d food without plugging in all the nutritional info and I just don't have time to figure out the values in 2tbsp of beans on the fly. I guess I'll have to put everything in at the end of the day or maybe the night before.
breakfast- caramel latte pro tein shake. I've had trouble getting one in...too full from food. So now I'm doing it first thing.
lunch- 1/4 cup corn beef hash with 1 egg
Snack- 1/3 cup white beans with 1tbsp shredded cheese, 1 tbsp guac, 1 tsp salsa (I had this last night and it was sooo good.
Dinner- probably more beans. Making stew with chicken and sausage in it for the family and I'm just not feeling ready for meat.
